The vineyard is located at Asfendiou at an altitude of 105 meters.
In clay soils with good drainage were planted in 1978, the first vines.
In 1996 a second vineyard was created in one
another location with similar soil characteristics, again in Asfendiou.
The bulk of the tank room is occupied.
A plethora of tanks, of different sizes, all of them cooled
as well as some auxiliary offer the possibility of being the wines,
always neatly, at a controlled temperature, but also separately,
depending on the variety and the parcel.
